How do I receive my confirmation?
Upon completing your booking, you will receive an automatic email with your ticket and all the details. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp 24 hours before to confirm the exact pick-up time.
Is transportation from the hotel included?
Yes, most of our excursions include round-trip transportation from major hotels in Bávaro and Punta Cana. If you're staying in an Airbnb or remote areas (like Uvero Alto or Cap Cana), a small supplement may apply or we'll indicate a nearby meeting point.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely online with PayPal or Credit Card. We also accept cash (Dollars or Pesos) on the day of the excursion, paying an initial deposit to secure your spot.
Can I cancel or change my date?
Yes, you can change your date for free up to 24 hours before (subject to availability). Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
What should I bring to the excursions?
We always recommend: biodegradable sunscreen, towel, swimsuit, sunglasses, and cash for tips or souvenirs. For activities like Buggies, wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
Are the tours safe?
Absolutely. We work only with certified providers with up-to-date insurance. Your safety is our number one priority.
