Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations and Payments

All reservations must be paid in full before the excursion date or through an agreed initial deposit. We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Cards, and Cash (USD/DOP) at the time of pick-up (with prior confirmation).

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 24h in advance: 100% refund.
• Same-day cancellation or No Show: No refund applies (100% of the reservation is charged).
• Bad weather: If the excursion is canceled due to weather conditions or safety (captain's decision), we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.

3. Liability

La Palma Tours VIP acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers (transportation, parks, boats). We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, although we will do our best to help you recover them.

It is the client's responsibility to inform about medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions before the excursion.

4. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse admission or interrupt service to clients under excessive influence of alcohol or behaviors that endanger the safety of the group or crew, without right to refund.
